Job Description:
Zain Saudi Arabia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the client support team, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and support.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to improve client support processes and procedures. 2. Manage a team of client support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. 3. Monitor client support performance metrics and report on key performance indicators to senior management. 4. Resolve escalated client issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client concerns. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 7. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. 8. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client support and customer service.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in client support or customer service. 3. Strong leadership and management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficient in data analysis and reporting. 7. Experience in managing a team of client support representatives is preferred. 8. Hardworking and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
