Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


Saudi Aramco is seeking a talented and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team in Jeddah, SA. This part-time position is ideal for someone at the mid-to-senior level with at least 7 years of experience in client support and management roles. The Client Support Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional support and service, and actively seeking opportunities for growth and improvement.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issues - Develop a deep understanding of each client's needs and requirements - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client satisfaction and performance - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support and management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 7+ years of experience in client support, account management, or a related field - Confident and motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional client service - Strong soft skills, including innovation and presentation abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in the energy or oil industry is a plus
