Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team at Dallah Healthcare Company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a client support or customer service role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent support to clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of client support specialists to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues and inquiries. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention. 3. Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships and addressing any escalated issues. 4. Monitor and analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience. 6. Create and maintain documentation and training materials for client support team members. 7. Oversee the implementation of client support tools and systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a client support or customer service role, with at least 7 years of experience. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Driven and dedicated personality traits, with a strong attention to detail and a cooperative attitude.
