Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly experienced Client Support Manager to join our team at Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company in Medina, SA. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing exceptional support to resolve any issues that may arise.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. 2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 4. Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, proactively addressing any issues to maintain a positive relationship. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to existing clients. 6. Provide regular updates and reports on client interactions and satisfaction levels to senior management. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients and anticipate their needs. 8. Train and develop junior team members to enhance overall client support capabilities. 9. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and grow our client base.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in client support or account management. 3. Strong communication and presentation skills. 4. Proven track record of managing key client accounts and exceeding expectations. 5. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Hardworking and dedicated to providing exceptional support to clients. 7. Experience in the petrochemical industry is a plus. 8. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
