Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team at Advanced Petrochemical Company in Riyadh, SA. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive top-notch support and service at all times.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues. 2. Understand client needs and requirements, and work with internal teams to ensure these are met. 3. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, helping them navigate our products and services effectively. 4. Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. 6. Analyze client data and trends to make strategic recommendations for improving client retention and satisfaction. 7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better serve our clients. 8. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client relationships and support activities. 9. Lead and mentor a team of client support specialists to ensure high-quality service delivery. 10. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and events as needed.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in client support or account management, with at least 7 years in a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Energetic and resilient personality traits. 5. Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills. 6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving work environment. 7. Experience in managing a team is a plus. 8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 9. Ability to travel as needed.
