Job Description - Client Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Client Support Manager. This is a part-time role that offers the opportunity to work remotely from home. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships with them.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner - Proactively reach out to clients to offer assistance and support - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to clients - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience - Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, and take necessary actions to enhance their experience - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Independent and dedicated with a strong attention to detail - Emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with clients' needs and concerns - Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
