Client Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd is seeking a Client Support Manager to work remotely from home in Jeddah, SA. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in client support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage and nurture client relationships, addressing any issues or concerns that arise in a timely and efficient manner - Work closely with the sales team to support client onboarding and retention efforts - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty - Monitor client feedback and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Provide training and support to clients on company products and services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support

Requirements: - Passionate and energetic attitude towards client support - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively - Innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
