Job Description - Client Support Manager - Work from home

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team at Sipchem. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from home, providing part-time support to our clients in Riyadh, SA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in customer service and account management.


As a Client Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:


- Managing a portfolio of clients and providing exceptional support to address their needs and concerns - Building strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborating with internal teams to address client issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Monitoring client accounts and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services - Analyzing client data and feedback to improve services and drive client success - Developing and implementing client communication strategies to keep them informed and engaged - Training and mentoring junior support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery


The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following personality traits: passion for customer service and hardworking attitude. In addition, strong soft skills such as persuasion and critical thinking are essential for success in this role.
