Job Description - Client Support Officer

Job Description:


Saudi Ceramics is seeking a part-time Client Support Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service and support. The Client Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Assist clients in navigating our products and services, providing guidance and support as needed. 3. Identify and escalate any client issues or concerns to the appropriate department for resolution. 4. Maintain accurate client records and documentation to track communication and ensure follow-up. 5. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide seamless support to clients throughout the sales process. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to improve client satisfaction and overall customer experience. 7. Stay up to date on company products, services, and industry trends to better assist clients.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Confident and reliable work ethic. 3. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software preferred. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required. 7. Fluent in Arabic and English languages.
