Job Description - Client Support Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Support Officer to join our team at Saudi Telecom Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues related to our products and services - Provide product information and recommendations to clients based on their needs - Handle client complaints and escalations with empathy and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 1 year of experience in customer service or client support - Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English - Resourceful and independent with the ability to work effectively under pressure - Strong people management and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently - Knowledge of telecommunications products and services is a plus
