Client Support Officer

Job Description:

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a dynamic and energetic Client Support Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Building strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Providing support and guidance to clients on our products and services - Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Proactively identifying opportunities to improve client experience - Assisting in the development and implementation of client support strategies

Requirements: - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred - No prior experience required, training will be provided
