Client Support Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Support Officer to join our team at the Saudi Arabian Mining Company in Mecca, SA. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions to their issues or concerns. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication and excellent customer service. - Assist clients in navigating our products and services, offering guidance and support as needed. - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver effective solutions. - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions to maintain accurate customer information. - Work with the team to improve processes and optimize the client support experience.

Requirements: - Energetic and hardworking personality traits to ensure a positive and proactive approach to client support. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. - Adaptability to changing situations and willingness to learn new technologies and processes. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client support or customer service role. - High school diploma or equivalent, with additional qualifications preferred.
