Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job description:


We are seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team at Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. This position is part-time and entry level, with one year of experience required.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Communicate with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and concerns - Provide product and service information to clients - Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to clients


Requirements: - Confident and independent personality traits - Creativity and people management soft skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Fluency in Arabic and English
