Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Savola Group, a leading multinational corporation based in Medina, SA, is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our dynamic team. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client support or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and escalations 4. Conduct research to better understand client needs and preferences 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions 6. Stay up to date on company products and services to effectively assist clients 7. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing client accounts 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery

Requirements: 1. Strong verbal and written communication skills 2. Proven track record of working independently and meeting deadlines 3. Ability to work collaboratively with team members and across departments 4. Proficiency in using computer software and customer relationship management tools 5. Demonstrated research skills to gather relevant information for client support 6. A positive attitude and strong work ethic 7. Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends 8. Previous experience in a remote or virtual customer support role is preferred
