Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company is seeking a part-time Client Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or client support roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with clients to provide information about our real estate properties, services, and offerings. 2. Assist clients with any inquiries, issues, or concerns they may have through phone, email, or in-person communication. 3. Handle client complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner. 4. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience. 6. Assist in organizing and attending client events or meetings. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to better assist clients. 8. Contribute ideas and feedback on improving the client support process.

Requirements: 1. Confident and independent, able to work effectively with minimal supervision. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Creative problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills. 4. Previous experience in customer service or client support roles is required. 5. Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 8. Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
