Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


Panda Retail Company is currently seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team in Medina, SA. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance to clients - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintaining customer records and documenting interactions in the CRM system - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Identifying opportunities for improvement in customer service processes


Requirements: - Resilient and motivated personality traits - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Prior experience in customer service or client support roles - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required - Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
