Job description:
United Electronics Company is seeking a passionate and reliable Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Client Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients remotely.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 3. Collaborate with other teams to ensure the best possible customer experience. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide detailed reports as needed. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients. 6. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills. 7. Promote a positive and professional image of the company at all times. 8. Cooperate with team members and demonstrate effective people management skills. 9. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency in client support.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure. 8. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and technical support. 9. Reliable and committed to meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations. 10. Demonstrated cooperation and people management skills.
