Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time Client Support Representative to join our team at Saudi Telecom Company in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer support role. The Client Support Representative will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide technical support to clients by troubleshooting issues and escalating to appropriate teams when necessary. 3. Manage client accounts by maintaining accurate records, updating information, and following up on client requests. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues. 5. Assist in developing and implementing client support strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively educate clients and promote additional services.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
