Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


Saudi Ceramics is seeking a part-time Client Support Representative to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while representing our company in a positive and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner - Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up - Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Identifying opportunities to upsell products or services to clients - Providing feedback to the management team on ways to improve our client support processes - Keeping accurate records of client interactions and transactions


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Confident and driven attitude with a strong ability to problem solve - Creativity and decision-making skills to provide innovative solutions to client issues - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
