Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and energetic Client Support Representative to join our team at Saudi Post in Mecca, SA. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, with a requirement of at least 3 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, or in person - Assist clients with account management, order processing, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and ensure seamless communication - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database - Provide product or service recommendations based on client needs - Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure client satisfaction - Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies


Requirements: - Proven experience in customer service or client relations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Driven and energetic personality with a strong work ethic - Ability to think strategically and adapt to changing circumstances - Able to work in a high-energy environment and deliver impactful results
