Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job description:


Savola Group is seeking a passionate and hardworking Client Support Representative to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in person - Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Communicate effectively with internal teams to address client needs and ensure a seamless experience - Use creativity and problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions to client challenges - Manage multiple clients and prioritize workload effectively - Uphold high standards of professionalism and excellence in all client interactions - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities for revenue growth


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in client support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment - Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to solve problems - Experience in people management or team leadership is a plus - Passion for providing top-notch customer service and support
