Job Description - Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and energetic Client Support Representative to join our team at Saudi Airlines. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work from home in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an Associate level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Update client records accurately in our CRM system. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Provide product information and recommendations to clients. 6. Assist with client onboarding and training as needed. 7. Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and response times. 8. Act as a brand ambassador for Saudi Airlines and uphold our company values in all interactions with clients.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong planning and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
