Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Client Support Representative at Saudi Ceramics, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role. We are looking for individuals who are independent and adaptable, with a strong ability to innovate and plan effectively.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist clients

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client support - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Experience working remotely is a plus
