Job Description - Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Support Specialist to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Manage client relationships and address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues - Assist with project management tasks related to client support initiatives - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance the client experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client profiles in the database - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of support to clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred - Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team - Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines - Ability to thrive in a culture that embraces change and responds resiliently - Must be willing to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events
