Job Description - Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


The Client Support Specialist at Al Rajhi Holding Group plays a critical role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued clients. This part-time position, located in Riyadh, SA, is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service and a passion for helping others. As an entry-level role, this position offers the opportunity to grow and develop within a dynamic and supportive team environment.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and provide timely updates on progress - Assist in the development of client support materials and resources to enhance the overall customer experience - Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to better serve our clients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and feedback


Requirements: - Independent and reliable with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong emotional intelligence and leadership skills to handle challenging situations and lead by example - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software preferred
