Job Description - Remote Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


Saudi Ceramics is seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Client Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role, and possess a passion for delivering great customer experiences.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Identify and troubleshoot issues to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions. 5. Monitor client feedback and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and procedures. 7. Assist with training and onboarding new team members as needed.


Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in customer support or a related role. 2. Strong project management and leadership skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 6. Resilient in the face of challenging situations. 7. Experience working remotely is a plus.
