Job Description - Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Client Support Specialist to join our team at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia in Jeddah on a part-time basis. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, motivated, creative, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person - Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information - Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client experience - Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and provide basic technical support - Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to enhance client satisfaction


Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of shipping industry practices and regulations is a plus
