Remote Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

Sipchem is seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team in Mecca, SA. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role. The ideal candidate will be motivated and adaptable, with strong soft skills in adaptability and analysis.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote client support via email, phone, and chat to assist with inquiries, issues, and technical troubleshooting. 2. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving client issues efficiently and effectively. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns and escalations. 4. Document and track client interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and support techniques. 6. Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to ensure a positive client experience.

Requirements: 1. 1+ year of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Motivated and adaptable personality traits. 6. Soft skills in adaptability and analysis. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support tools.
