Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

Herfy Food Services Co in Medina, SA is seeking a dynamic and energetic Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and a passion for providing exceptional support to clients.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues effectively - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to clients based on their needs - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients - Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the Client Support team

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support - Energetic and passionate about providing outstanding service to clients - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent teamwork and communication skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
