Job Description:
Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Support Specialist to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and assistance to clients with software, hardware, and network-related problems - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and ensure a seamless customer experience - Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and resolutions - Identify trends in client issues and provide recommendations for improvements to products and services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients and offer informed solutions - Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 3+ years of experience in customer service or technical support roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Analytical mindset with the ability to problem solve and think critically - Adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Driven to achieve goals and deliver exceptional results
