Remote Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

Alinma Tokio Marine Company is currently seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team in Mecca, SA. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work remotely and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Educate clients on company products and services - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions - Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service - Motivated and driven to meet and exceed goals - Strong decision-making and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
