Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our team at Al Gosaibi Bros. in Riyadh, SA. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their questions are answered promptly and accurately. Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints - Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless support experience for clients - Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Participating in training and development programs to enhance your client support skills - Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding client interactions and data security
