Zain Saudi Arabia is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their questions and concerns - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients - Assist clients with account management, billing inquiries, and product information - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients - Contribute to the improvement of client support processes and procedures

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism - Driven to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional service - Strategic planning skills to anticipate and address client needs - Proficient computer skills and knowledge of customer service software applications
