Al Gosaibi Bros. is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Support Specialist to work from home in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
