Al Gosaibi Bros. is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team and work from home in Riyadh, SA. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in client support.

Responsibilities: -Respond to client inquiries through email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner -Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating our platform -Educate clients on our products and services to ensure they have a positive experience -Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution -Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall client experience -Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve client support processes
