Remote Contact Center Assistant

Sipchem, a leading petrochemical company, is seeking a Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Medina, SA. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are confident, passionate, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers to assist with inquiries, troubleshooting, and support. 2. Providing information to customers about products, services, and promotions. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 4. Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the system. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure high-quality customer service. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to analyze data and provide solutions effectively. 4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems. 6. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
