Job Description - Contact Center Assistant

Position Summary: Saudi Telecom Company is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our dynamic team in Jeddah, SA. This part-time role at the Associate level requires a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, driven, and possess strong people and project management skills.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and efficient manner - Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Assist in training and onboarding new contact center employees


Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
