Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Contact Center Assistant to join our team at the National Water Company in Mecca, SA on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we do require candidates to possess at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Process customer orders, requests, and complaints efficiently and accurately. 3. Provide information about products and services to customers. 4. Maintain customer database and update records as necessary. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues effectively. 6. Assist in generating reports and analyzing data to improve customer service processes. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. Reliable and energetic individual who can work well under pressure. 2. Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required.
