Middle East Battery Company is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Contact Center Assistant in our Medina, SA location. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
As a Contact Center Assistant, your responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and escalating any complex issues to the appropriate team members.
In addition to excellent communication skills, the ideal candidate will possess strong people management skills and be able to effectively analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction are essential for success in this role.
