Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:

United Electronics Company is seeking a part-time Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As an Entry Level position, the Contact Center Assistant will be responsible for providing support to our contact center operations and assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns. The successful candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, be resilient, and confident in their abilities. Strong communication and analysis skills are essential for this position.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries. 2. Assisting customers with product information, technical support, and troubleshooting. 3. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges. 4. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner. 5. Data entry and maintaining customer records in the CRM system. 6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. 7. Providing feedback to improve customer experience and contact center operations.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Resilient and confident personality traits. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide solutions. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
