Job Description:
National Water Company is seeking a Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This part-time role is at the associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience. We are looking for an energetic and adaptable individual who possesses strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints regarding water services - Provide accurate information about company products and services - Process customer orders, payments, and account updates - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 3+ years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
