Job Description: Savola Group is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Medina, SA. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Conduct research to resolve customer issues or escalate to the appropriate department - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes to improve customer service delivery
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Reliable and hardworking individual - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Strong research and cooperation skills
