Job Description:

Saudi Telecom Company is looking for a Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Mecca, SA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience.

As a Remote Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our contact center team by handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication from customers. Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also be expected to assist in various administrative tasks, such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and organizing files. Strong project management and time management skills are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate for this position will be passionate and hardworking, with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. You must be able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
