Job Description:
Herfy Food Services Co is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team and work from home in Medina, SA. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls and emails from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, delivery status, and general information about Herfy Food Services Co. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers on their inquiries, orders, and feedback. 3. Conduct research to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information. 4. Assist with project management tasks related to improving customer experience and contact center operations. 5. Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals and objectives. 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the contact center database. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality customer service.
Requirements: 1. Motivated and energetic personality traits to engage with customers in a positive manner. 2. Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries and concerns. 3. Basic project management skills to assist in organizing and completing tasks efficiently. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. 6. Proficiency in using computer software and contact center platforms. 7. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
