Job Description - Contact Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description: Hilton is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate level professional with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, you will play a key role in assisting our contact center operations.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. - Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and offering solutions to meet customer needs. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold high standards of service. - Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes to stay ahead in a rapidly changing environment.


Requirements: - Driven and motivated individual who is passionate about customer service. - Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with customers. - Analytical mindset to identify and solve customer problems. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications. - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
