Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

Dallah Healthcare Company is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. As a Contact Center Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. This position is part-time and at the Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Use critical thinking and decision-making skills to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service across all channels. 5. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation. 6. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge of company products and services.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and reliable individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong decision-making and strategic planning abilities. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. 5. Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role preferred. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
