Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team in Jeddah. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the shipping industry. We are looking for energetic and hardworking individuals who possess strong adaptability and negotiation skills to excel in our fast-paced contact center environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide information about shipping services, rates, and schedules to customers. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with efficiency and empathy. 4. Process orders and bookings accurately in our system. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. 6. Maintain customer records and update information as necessary.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. No prior experience required, full training will be provided. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. 5. Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. 6. Must be adaptable and able to handle a variety of customer situations. 7. Negotiation skills to resolve customer issues effectively.
