Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Contact Center Associate to join our team at Savola Group in Medina, SA. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Handling customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our products and services. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 3. Managing incoming calls and emails efficiently to ensure all customer queries are addressed. 4. Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Maintaining a positive attitude and upholding the company's values in all customer interactions. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in customer service delivery. 7. Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.
Requirements: 1. Adaptable and reliable, able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 2. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. 3. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the confidence to make decisions and take ownership of customer issues. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools to track and manage customer interactions. 6. Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is required. 7. High school diploma or equivalent is a minimum educational requirement.
