Contact Center Associate - Work from home

Almarai Company is seeking a motivated and adaptable Contact Center Associate to work from home in Jeddah, SA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Handle customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes - Meet or exceed performance goals and quality standards

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Strong teamwork skills - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently - Proficiency in using computer systems and software - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace at home - Must have reliable internet connection
