Contact Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd is seeking a motivated and passionate Contact Center Associate to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls and emails from customers - Provide assistance and information on products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department - Update customer information in the database - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Dedicated to providing a positive customer experience - Leadership skills to motivate and guide team members - Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
